	Full payment is required at time of reservation .
	Deposits are non-refundable.
	Cancelled reservations prior to your reservation date will be converted to rain checks good for up to one year. (fees may apply)
	A $25 cancellation fee will be applied on cancellations within 2 weeks of the reservation date. Remaining balance of the deposit will be applied to a rain check.
	A $50 cancellation fee will be applied on cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation. Remaining balance of the deposit will be applied to a rain check.
	Cancellations on the same day as the reservation will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and no rain check will be issued.
	Rates do not include theft-damage waivers, supplemental insurance, taxes and other surcharges

You will receive a rental confirmation and booking number within 24-48 hours after your submission
