General Terms and Conditions

Special Surcharges

1. Reservations must be paid in full to guarantee the above rental rates
2. All confirmed rental reservations are non-refundable
3. All special rental rates are subject to blackout periods and availability
4. EagleRider reserves the right to substitute requested motorcycles as necessary

1. Rolling Thunder (Memorial Weekend); 3 day minimum and $45.00/day surcharge
2. Mid-Week Daily, 2 and 3-Day rates are subject to a 300 mile/day limit.  Miles in excess of 300 miles are charged at $.31/mile.

Liability Insurance

Rental Requirements

State mandated liability insurance coverage is now included in the cost of the motorcycle.  Insurance coverage meets the Commonwealth of Virginia's minimum mandatory requirements.  Supplemental liability and other insurance may be purchased by the renter if available.

1. Minimum age: 21 years old
2. Valid Drivers license with motorcycle endorsement from country or state of permanent residence
3. Major credit card.  We accept MC, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover

VIP Damage Waiver Option (Optional)

Pickup and Return

VIP Coverage     Lowers theft and damage deductible to $2000	$18.00/Day
Enhanced VIP Coverage     Lowers theft and damage deductible to $1000	$24.00/Day

Rental returns must be 24 hours from pick-up time or as stated in the rental contract.  A $25.00 per hour late charge will apply if the motorcycle is returned late.  Returns over three (3) hours late will be charged an extra day.  There are no refunds for early returns.

Security Deposit

Additional Terms

A security deposit will be authorized on your credit card at pickup and destroyed when the motorcycle is returned with NO DAMAGE

• Rates are subject to change, and special event surcharges may apply
• Specials cannot be combined with other specials or discounts
• Above rental rates are valid only in Washington, DC

If no coverage is purchased	$3,000/Rental
